LXシリーズは4/3型より少し大きなセンサーを採用することで画角をそのままにアスペクト比の切替えを可能としたデジカメでしたが、キヤノンから1.4型センサーを調達する手もあるかな、と。DPCMOSを採用するとなるとまた別の開発要素が発生するかもしれませんが、画素欠損することなしに像面位相差AFが可能となります。キヤノンもセンサーの外販に繋がるなら歓迎でしょうし。
